Order Processing

Game Gear Sports makes every attempt to process orders for in-stock merchandise the same day they are received. Our standard cut-off time for daily order processing is 2:00pm EST Monday - Friday. Orders for in-stock merchandise received during the weekend (after the Friday cut-off time) will ship on the following business day.

Game Gear Sports strives to maintain high inventory levels to satisfy all customer orders.  Sometimes, however, demand can exceed supply, and a product will be listed as “Backordered.” 

If an item is out of stock, you will receive a follow up phone call and/or email on the lead time.  You may also be offered a comparable or higher quality item at the discretion of the staff.

Backordered products will be shipped as soon as possible, and may go out separately from the rest of your order depending on the estimated arrival of new inventory.
  • If your order ships separately you will not be billed additional shipping and handling for this second shipment.

Orders may be delayed if we experience an issue processing your credit card information or weather delays. Please verify you have provided your correct Account Name, Billing Address, Card Type, Account Number, and Security Code. 


 

Where does my product ship from?

We ship most of our products from our showroom and/or warehouse located in NY.  We also utilize vendors and partners throughout the United States that we use to help fulfill orders during busy seasons.


 

E-Mail Confirmation

If you completed the order process on our website and was issued an order number, then an e-mail confirmation is sent to you automatically after your purchase. Prior to the order being shipped, you will receive a second email with your carrier tracking number.  Occasionally these arrive in spam or junk mailboxes. Please verify to see if these messages have arrived. Otherwise, please call us at 1-914-666-9200 to confirm that we received your order, or to get the tracking number for your order.




Shipping


All items are shipped via UPS Ground (unless requested otherwise by cardholder) within 24 hours of your purchase, most the same day. In the event that an item is out of stock or backordered, we will not bill your credit card until the item is shipped to you. We do not ship over the weekend. Purchases may be delivered to your address or to one or many recipients.

UPS Next Day shipping service is available for orders placed before 2 p.m. EST for in-stock items only. In-Stock items that are shipped via Next Day service arrive in (1) business day after leaving our distribution center. Deliveries for Next Day service are made Mondays through Fridays only.

Order processing times vary for merchandise that is shipped directly from our vendors. Backordered items are not available for overnight shipping.

UPS Next Day Air Saver

*Next Day Air Saver service is available for an additional $20 over Std. Ground shipping rates.

**Next Day Air A.M. service is available for an additional $30 over Std. Ground shipping rates

UPS Second Day Air

UPS Second Day shipping service is available for orders placed before 2 p.m. EST for in-stock items only. In-Stock items that are shipped via second day service arrive in (2) business days after leaving our distribution center. Deliveries for standard second day service are made Mondays through Fridays only.

Order processing times vary for merchandise that is shipped directly from our vendors.  Backordered items are not available for second day shipping.

*Second Day Air service is available for an additional $10 over Std. Ground shipping rates.

UPS Ground Service

UPS Ground shipping service is available for orders placed before 2 p.m. EST for in-stock items. In-Stock items that are shipped via UPS Ground service typically arrive within (1-5) business days after leaving our distribution center. Deliveries for UPS Ground service are made Mondays through Fridays only.

Order processing times vary for merchandise that is shipped directly from our vendors.


ALASKA & HAWAII:

Standard Ground shipping service is via UPS Ground.  Expedited UPS Shipping is also available via UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air. Check the UPS Transit Time Calculator for actual expedited service options and transit times.

Standard shipping to the Virgin Islands and other US Territories is via US Postal Service.

APO & FPO SERVICE:

APO & FPO orders may be shipped via US Postal Service.

Game Gear Sports, Inc. offers the following small package and freight services to Canada:

Standard delivery options for small package shipments (Orders < 350 lbs. with Individual Pkgs < 70 lbs.):

USPS Global Priority 3-5 Business Days

USPS Global Express 2-3 Business Days

Standard delivery options for freight shipments (Orders > 350 lbs.) :

UPS Air Freight Preferred (3-5 Business Days)

A $3.00 handling fee will be applied to all orders with an address outside the 50 States (Canada, APO, and US Territories) unless all items are excluded from Shipping charges.

*** All Shipments will be quoted & priced on an individual order basis.
**** Canadian orders will NOT ship until you are contacted by a Customer Service Representative to discuss shipping options and costs.
